OPEN DOOR WARDROBE — PRODUCT DIMENSIONS & ACCESS

As our hinged-door wardrobes are supplied fully assembled, customers are responsible for ensuring there is sufficient access through doorways, hallways, stairways and other areas to safely deliver the wardrobe to the required room.

Please check all access points and measurements before placing your order.

If you have a narrow staircase or restricted access, we may be able to offer a slimmer wardrobe size, where available.

If you are unsure whether the wardrobe will fit, you can send us a video of your staircase and access route via WhatsApp before placing your order. Our team will review it and advise you on the most suitable option.

If access is too narrow or restricted, our delivery team will not force the wardrobe through if doing so could risk damage to the product or property.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

The item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Where possible, it should be returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items should not be used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-Eligible Returns / Partial Refunds

This may include items returned in a different condition, items damaged after delivery where the damage was not caused by us, missing parts where all parts were originally supplied, or items used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them. Where applicable, a reasonable deduction may be made to reflect any reduction in value.

Exchanges

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us to discuss the appropriate replacement, exchange, repair or refund options available.

Return & Collection Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the item. For large furniture items, please contact us before arranging a return so suitable return or collection arrangements can be discussed.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome. If approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the appropriate payment method.
